Trinity Health in Michigan is seeking a full-time Patient Access Lead to support the Emergency Registration team. You will oversee workflow, ensure efficient patient throughput, and maintain high-quality operations in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

This role requires coordinating with leadership and training colleagues to improve policies and performance. Requirements include a high school graduate, 3+ years in patient access or registration, and eligibility to obtain HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in patient access/registration.
• Ability to obtain HFMA CRCR and/or NAHAM CHAA within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate patient access operations in the Emergency Registration area.
• Optimize patient flow and staff workload to ensure safety and throughput.
• Support onboarding and ongoing education of colleagues; assist management with evaluations.
