Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists in receptionist and clerk duties relating to admission and discharge.
• Supports the Patient Access Manager; assists scheduling and staffing.
• Ensures service excellence and uses AIDET scripting; resolves issues.
• Coordinates and works with other departments for a smooth admitting service.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and remains flexible to shifts.
