Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and engagement for outpatient referrals and DCS-associated referrals.
• Triage, review, and document referrals; coordinate with clinical leaders on eligibility.
• Enter data in electronic health records and document authorizations.
