Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to work rotating schedules and every other weekend.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service oriented.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office/Google Suite).
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Korean) are a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and outpatient patient access functions including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, pre-certification, and financial clearance.
• Conduct accurate patient interviews, collect identifications and demographics, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain patient experience quality and adhere to department policies.
