CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Point of Service Coordinator to provide immediate assistance and administrative support to patients, ensuring smooth entry into healthcare services. You will greet and assist patients with coverage questions, verify and update demographics and insurance, register new patients, and handle receivables and daily deposits with accuracy.

This role requires outstanding customer service, precise data entry, solid insurance knowledge, and proficiency with scheduling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required at hire.
• Experience with health insurance and patient data is preferred.
• Ability to learn scheduling and billing systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Respond to coverage questions and guide patients through office protocols.
• Verify and collect patient data and insurance details.
• Assist with receivables and daily deposits and support office flow.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, nursing staff and management.
