You will register patients, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate data entry in the billing system while supporting pre-authorizations and patient counseling before procedures. This role emphasizes accuracy and timely processing in a busy surgical setting.

Competenze

• Front office experience in a medical environment is required.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and patient counseling is preferred.
• Experience posting payments and reconciling receipts is a plus.

Mansioni
