Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related role is required.
• 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience is preferred.
• Prior Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient-facing support for the Patient Access Department within Piedmont Healthcare.
• Ensure patient accounts are complete with valid insurance coverage and current demographic/clinical data.
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and present options/requirements.
• Process patient payments.
• Secure patient consent and acknowledgement on required forms/notices.
