Job summary

Duly Health and Care Addison is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and collect copays while using EPIC for records management.

This role supports seamless patient flow and high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a medical office or front desk role, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly during check-in, check-out and scheduling.
• Coordinates provider schedules to optimize appointment availability.
• Uses EPIC to update patient demographics, verify insurance, and manage forms.
• Collects copayments and receipts; reconciles daily financial transactions.
• Answers a multi-line phone system, takes messages, and schedules appointments.
• Communicates information about clinical personnel to patients and others.
• Assists with scheduling follow-up and in-house referrals to ensure appropriate services.
• Participates in daily/weekly team huddles and monitors scheduling metrics.
