Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office or clinical setting experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly during check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• answers phones, routes inquiries, and schedules appointments.
• Collects copayments and reconciles daily financial transactions.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Updates patient demographics and records in EPIC.
