Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of customer service in a medical or call center setting preferred.
• Epic experience is preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Verify and update patient demographic, financial, and referral information.
• Answer telephone and take detailed messages with professional courtesy.
• Provide basic information and instructions to patients regarding the practice and Hospitals across the enterprise.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy per HIPAA.
