Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Access Associate for the Unity OB/GYN Support Services at Clinton Crossing. You will be the friendly first contact, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling, and basic payment tasks in a busy clinic setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered service, accurate registration, and insurance verification. Strong communication and computer skills are essential to support smooth daily operations and positive patient experiences.

Formación

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service. Manage incoming calls while providing necessary information; greeting patients providing direction as needed and scheduling patient appointments.
• Registration & Verification. Complete the registration process for patients as defined by departmental policy; verify insurance eligibility/coverage and obtain necessary precertification/authorization when applicable
• Billing & Payments. Collect and process payments when applicable
