Qualifikationen

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• Experience in a hospital environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients, visitors and staff at the front desk.
• Check in patients for assessment.
• Answer the switchboard and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain the facility census book.
• Accept and direct deliveries and process mail.
• Provide clerical support as requested.
• Keep A&R forms stocked.
• Maintain lobby and triage rooms appearance.
• Perform data processing: admissions, A&R calls, discharges, transfers.
• Assist with other clerical duties and projects.
