The role involves greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, routing messages, and collecting registration and insurance data to support smooth patient flow. Responsibilities include potential charge entry, referrals, pre-certifications, and assisting with scheduling of specialist appointments and tests, all while delivering age-appropriate care and service to patients

Qualificações

• No experience required.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED High school diploma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the telephone and determine the nature of patient calls and incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments and route calls, taking messages as needed.
• Greet patients and family members and obtain registration and insurance data.
• Update information in the billing system and facilitate patient flow into the practice.
