Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. The role serves as the face of the medical group and focuses on managing the patient experience at the reception/administrative level, with options for 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm.

This position will float between Amherst and Hatfield offices, requiring strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and payer processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the clinic and manage the patient experience at the reception/administrative level.
• Support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday, with potential 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm shifts.
• Float between Amherst and Hatfield offices and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting.
