Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Amherst and Hatfield offices. The role is the face of the medical group, handling patient experience at the reception/administrative level, with options for 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm.

This onsite position requires strong customer service skills in a high-volume outpatient setting and offers 40 hours per week, with training provided to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the medical group and manage the patient experience at reception.
• Provide administrative support and multi-task in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Assist in coordinating patient intake and insurance-related communication.
