Tucson Medical Center is hiring a Patient Access Rep – Financial Counselor for the TMCH Cancer Center Imaging. This full-time, day-shift role supports patients and families in understanding and managing healthcare costs, verifies insurance, and guides applications for financial assistance.

The position requires healthcare/care setting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EHRs and MS Office. No required licensure; CHAA is a plus.

• Assist patients in applying for financial assistance or charity care.
• Maintain accurate records in EHR and financial systems.
