Aufgaben

• Pre-registration/registration processes with clinical care team.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations and notifications.
• Provide financial counseling to patients and families.
• Assist uninsured patients to access funding resources.
• Act as liaison between patient, PFS department and payer.
• Calculate patient liability and collect deposits and co-payments.
• Lead and train other financial team members as needed.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment to prioritize tasks.
