Job summary

Qualifications

• Front line customer service including reception and Registration.
• Interviewing patients to obtain demographic and financial data.
• Assist patients requesting financial assistance and explain options.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and information for Swedish Medical Center and ED.
• Handle initial billing, insurance questions, and collect deposits.
• Act as POS team expert to support registration during hospitalization.
• Collaborate with physicians' offices to ensure accurate data and coverage.
