• Verify demographics, insurance eligibility, coverage, and financial data.
• Assist with insurance enrollment and financial counseling.
• Identify financial assistance options for eligible patients.
• Collect copays and ensure accurate documentation of all payments.
• Address billing or Revenue Cycle questions or escalate as needed.
• Manage in-basket messages and patient communications promptly.
