Qualificações

• Experience with scheduling, registration and financial clearance preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients arriving for their appointments and manages flow.
• Completes registration, verifies/updates demographics and insurance.
• Verifies benefits and collects patient liability; requests balances.
• Follows financial clearance policies for non-urgent services.
• Identifies patients needing financial assistance and refers to Financial Counselor.
• Performs visit closure and schedules follow-ups.
• Maintains knowledge of payer requirements and pre-authorization rules.
• Meets productivity and accuracy targets.
