Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2–3 years' experience in patient access or hospital reimbursement, with HFMA CHAA/NAHAM CRCR within 1 year preferred. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in Patient Access or Patient Accounting for hospital registration or reimbursement.
• HFMA CHAA and/or NAHAM CHAA preferred within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on cost of treatment and insurance benefits.
• Secures and documents payment arrangements.
• Assist patients with financing and all financial options through the organization.
• Audits bills for front-end accuracy to improve collections.
