Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, call center, or other customer-facing environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with patients via phone, email, and chat to guide enrollment and prescription fulfillment.
• Conduct outbound outreach to help patients complete key steps in their prescription journey.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
• Triage clinical questions to pharmacists or appropriate teams as needed.
• Document all interactions and insights to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Identify trends in patient experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
