Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• No prior customer service experience required; aptitude and customer focus valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat to resolve routine issues for patients, doctors, and insurers.
• Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams.
• Accurately document all contact details to ensure timely, seamless support.
• Use available resources to find clear, accurate answers for patients.
• Document all patient interactions and key data in line with procedures and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Participate in ongoing education on product changes and launches.
