Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Patient Support/Call Center Specialist to guide patients through enrollment and prescription fulfillment at our on-site Robinson Township location. You will liaise with patients, providers, and insurers, resolving barriers related to insurance, affordability, and access through phone, email, and chat.

The role emphasizes curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
• Passion for helping others; comprehensive training provided.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, call center, or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment.
• Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing key steps in their prescription journey.
• Coordinate across patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
• Triage clinical questions to pharmacists or appropriate teams.
• Document interactions and insights for a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Identify trends in patient experience and share feedback to improve processes.
