Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and register patients in the electronic system
• Determine source of payment by verifying program eligibility

• Contribute to problem-solving to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Assist patients in completing forms and entering data into medical records systems
• Maintain a welcoming clinical space and collaborate with care team
