Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Customer service experience in retail, call center, or similar environments preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Able to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment and prescription fulfillment across phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve barriers related to insurance or affordability for patients.
• Coordinate with providers, insurers, and pharmacy teams to resolve issues.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
