Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Patient Support/Call Center Specialist for an on-site role in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh. You will guide patients through enrollment, resolve insurance barriers, and support through phone, email, and chat to ensure affordable access to medications.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, multitasking, and customer-service mindset. Training is provided; health, dental, vision, vacation, and other benefits support well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; training provided.
• Prior customer service in retail, call center, or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment across phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing steps in their prescription journey.
• Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
• Triage clinical questions to pharmacists or appropriate teams; document interactions in internal systems.
