• Obtain prior authorization for procedures or services as required by insurance providers.
• Schedule patient appointments based on physician availability and patient needs.
• Explain co-pays, deductibles, and insurance benefits to patients before service.
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance companies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and collaborate with staff to resolve issues.
