Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare or similar environment.
• Good communication skills in English; Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with Office software and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and prepare patient estimates.
• Coordinate with insurance for eligibility and pre-authorization.
• Register patients and ensure accurate medical records and billing.
• Communicate with patients and insurers professionally and accurately.
