Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs as needed.
• Create accurate estimates of patient financial responsibility and collect or arrange payments.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization and provide patients with needed information.
• Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility/benefits and obtain pre-authorizations within timeframes.
• Register patients for services ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplicate records.
