The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, a High School diploma (bachelor degree preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to support service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years related experience; at least 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and coordinate Patient Access teams.
• Proactive in monitoring performance data and process improvements.
