CoxHealth, West Campus (Chase) in Springfield, MO, is seeking an Assistant Director to lead and coordinate the Patient Access teams across the system. The role focuses on building efficient workflows, aligning with Revenue Cycle goals, and driving performance improvements with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, a High School diploma (bachelor degree preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to support service

Job Description:

The Assistant Director is responsible for leading and coordinating Patient Access functions across the system. This includes maintaining knowledge of industry practices and requirements to lead the teams in building and maintaining effective and efficient workflows that maximize performance for the organization and service excellence for our consumers. The Assistant Director must ensure alignment and effective coordination across teams and other departments while also ensuring alignment with Revenue Cycle and Organizational goals and objectives.The Assistant Director must be proactive in monitoring and analyzing performance data to maintain awareness and drive ongoing improvement and recognition activities. Must work effectively with all levels of the organization, including physicians and other leaders across the system while demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and open lines of communication.

Education:

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelors in a related field

Experience:

• Required: 3-5 years related experience; at least 2 years must be in previous healthcare revenue cycle/business management.
