Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and over the phone; provide outstanding customer service.
• Register patients by collecting demographics, insurance, and visit information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits before appointments.
• Pre-register patients and discuss insurance benefits and financial responsibilities with confidence and compassion.
• Calculate patient responsibility estimates and collect point‑of‑service payments; explain payment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Utilize registration software to support efficient office operations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations for patient access services.
• Complete ongoing education and training requirements.
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.
