The role involves greeting patients, transmitting messages to providers, and providing general clerical support including mail, faxes, and supplies management. Training provided.

Qualifications

• A. High school diploma or equivalent.
• B. Computer skills required.
• C. Medical terminology skills preferred.
• D. Prior medical office experience preferred.

• Also provides clerical/secretarial support to the office as needed by typing correspondence and reports, sorting and delivering mail, processing incoming and outgoing faxes and ordering and maintaining supplies.
