Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedule 24-48 hours in advance to identify missing docs or gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: facilitate patient check-in via digital tools and ensure demographics are complete.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays, process POS payments with accuracy.
• Exit & Outreach: complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
