Job summary

Fast Pace Health seeks a Patient Care Specialist to deliver exceptional front-desk support, register patients, collect payments and manage insurance information. The role includes coordinating records, assisting back-office tasks when needed, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.

Experience in medical office administration is preferred; CPR certification is required. The position emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to clinic procedures and privacy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR license required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills including MS Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with excellent customer service.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Verify and update insurance information during registration.
• Collect co-pays and other payments at registration.
• Maintain clean and organized reception area and office space.
• Coordinate medical records as needed and assist back-office duties when required.
