Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Provide information about products/services and assist with scheduling and data collection for compliance and statistics.
• Support clinical team and patients, resolving routine and complex questions and directing to appropriate resources.
• Communicate with clinicians and staff to meet department needs and ensure a positive first impression.
