Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Visitor Management Concierge to warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a safe and courteous hospital entry experience. You will work at all hospital entrances as a vital part of the patient and visitor journey, coordinating with Public Safety and hospital staff to maintain a secure environment.

The role involves check-in, badge issuance, data entry with HIPAA compliance, and monitoring screening equipment. Flexible shifts with AM/PM and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Promptly report anything suspicious to Public Safety for further evaluation and response.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $19-$19.50 per hour.

Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is going to be dependent on Hospital business volumes which can include AM, PM and Weekend Shift times. This will be discussed during the interview. The current shift time are 4:45am - 1:00pm & 12:45pm - 9:00pm.

This role collaborates directly with Baylor Scott and White Public Safety to ensure a safe and secure environment for all hospital entrants. Positioned at all hospital entrances, the Visitor Management Concierge is a vital part of the patient and visitor experience.
