Valley Health System Luckow Pavilion is seeking an administrative patient access professional to support registration, scheduling, and denials/authorizations processing. The role collaborates with care teams to ensure timely access to infusion, lab, or radiation oncology services in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of BA training program required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Register and preregister patients; schedule appointments.
• Process admissions and maintain patient records.
• Verify authorizations, medical necessity and consents.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure timely access to services.
• Maintain databases and support department operations.
