Responsibilities

All training will be in-person, in Louisville, Colorado. You will need to be in the office intermittently.

Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for over 30 years. Located in Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility offers a peaceful setting for treatment of mental illness, including chemical dependency. We provide unique programming for adolescents and adults, including Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient, and Partial Hospitalization Programs, alongside inpatient services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to join our compassionate Intake team. The Coordinator manages incoming calls, reviews transfer requests, schedules assessments and admissions, updates Patient Flow and Bed Boards, and communicates effectively with RN staff and the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for patients. They also set expectations for patients and respond to inquiries.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Manage Intake calls.
2. Process transfer requests.
3. Facilitate referrals to outpatient services.
4. Coordinate and process patient assessments.
5. Maintain strong communication within the team and departments.

Additional Details

Must live in Colorado! All training will be in-person, with intermittent office presence.

Must have experience with Behavioral Health. This is a fully remote position!

The schedule is 3 shifts of 10 hours, from 5 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Shift differentials are available: Weekend Day ($2/hr), Evening ($3.25/hr), Weekend Evening ($5.00/hr), Night ($5.00/hr), Weekend Night ($7.00/hr). To qualify, you must work at least 3.5 hours into a shift.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must reside in Colorado; in-person training required.
• Behavioral health experience is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
