BHMG Physical Therapy Corydon

Position: Full Time Patient Access Coordinator (PAC)

Responsibilities:
  • Make patient appointments and reminder calls.
  • Greet and register all patients.
  • Verify demographic and insurance coverage information and enter into the appropriate system/patient record.
  • Collect co-pays and other payments; prepare daily deposit and reconciliation reports.
  • Receive and accurately relay all phone messages to and from providers, logging them appropriately.
  • Provide clerical and secretarial support as needed, including typing correspondence and reports, sorting and delivering mail, processing faxes, and maintaining supplies.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures:
