Join to apply for the Patient Access Coordinator role at Retina Consultants of Texas.

Retina Consultants of Texas (RCTX) is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to join our innovative team dedicated to Fighting Blindness For The World To See. This position involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinic environment at the Beaumont Clinic.

Candidates must be able to travel to various clinics, support clinic hours from Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, with schedules provided weekly based on provider, patient, and surgery schedules. Weekend hours may be available.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Preferred medical office experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and reading EOBs
  • Basic typing and math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology (preferred)
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)
