Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Patient Appointment Scheduling.
• Sets the tone for a positive experience.
• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC).
• Reviews the schedule and pre-screens patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitors schedules daily to fill open slots the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
• Reviews the Daily Appointment Report and prepares charts as appropriate.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of **$16.34 - $24.52**, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
