Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for our East Dundee location. This onsite full-time role involves handling high call volumes, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient information in EPIC.

You will help fill open slots the same day and support a smooth patient experience. You will be part of a physician-led team, focused on putting patients first while collaborating with care teams to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• Customer Focus: demonstrates excellence in customer service.
• Integrity/Ethics: demonstrates personal integrity and honesty.
• Personal Job Competence: performs core responsibilities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Schedules patient appointments.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC.
• Reviews schedules and ensures open slots are filled daily.
• Pre-screens patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitors scheduling reports and daily appointment desk.
• Prepares charts from the Daily Appointment Report.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
