Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in, and direct to appointment location with confidentiality.
• Handle scheduling, insurance eligibility verification, and patient liability collection.
• Provide service estimates and coordinate testing orders when needed.
• Maintain accurate demographic and financial information in the system.
• Support compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and Patient Bill of Rights.
