Responsibilities

• Verifies patient identification, demographics, and insurance coverage.
• Accepts point of service payments.
• Enters patient information into hospital systems.
• Escalates complex issues to Lead Patient Access Concierge.
• Provides payment estimates for out-of-pocket costs.
• Educates patients on registration kiosks and online systems.
• Guides questions about financial liability to appropriate resources.
