Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associate degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, data entry, and organizational abilities
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient identification, demographics, and insurance coverage
• Accepts point-of-service payments and guides payment options
• Enters patient information into hospital information systems accurately
• Educates patients on registration kiosks or online systems
• Escalates routine issues to Lead Patient Access Concierge
