Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical office clerical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out.
• Verify insurance and collect copays.
• Manage front desk phone and messaging.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care.
• Update patient records in the EHR.
• Assist with forms and patient outreach.
• Coordinate transportation for patients.
• Support team with administrative tasks.
