Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge and professionalism.
• Prior EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out and verify/update insurance information.
• Answer calls regarding appointments, patient requests, and general inquiries.
• Collect patient payments and perform basic clerical tasks.
• Assist across reception duties and support office staff as needed.
