This role requires 1+ year of customer service, a high school diploma, and the CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• CRCR Certification within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)

Responsabilidades

• Admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Collect insurance information, perform eligibility checks, and provide patient instructions.
• Explain consent forms and educate patients using provided documents.
• Utilize POS and ABN systems to support billing and inform Medicare patients of potential non-payment.
